Our dedicated study advisors act as a motivator, mentor and advisor to our online private and premium learners throughout their entire course.
For us, each learner is unique, so after they have completed a language test, we assess the results and together establish a tailored study plan that fits into their busy schedule of other commitments. We choose the most relevant and interesting combination of classes for each student to ensure they get the most out of their course. We also help them to set achievable short and long term learning goals so they have a target to aim for and a benchmark against which to measure their progress.
We help our learners to get started in the school by introducing them to all tools available and showing them how to navigate around the units and levels. We also highlight the extensive range of subject-specific courses available; whether it is politics, history, sports or any other topic, we help our learners to access whatever they wish.
We act as a personal trainer throughout the course to make sure our learners’ experience and progress meets their expectations. Our mission is to keep our learners happy in the school and to help them to fulfill their ambitions and needs.
